Confirming a place
Approximately 5 days before the event is due to start, the course administrator will contact you, usually by email, to notify you if the request has been successful. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis, unless a case for need has been made and supported by an Adviser or by your School Improvement Partner. If the request is unsuccessful, you will be advised of any alternative opportunities available.
If you need to cancel your place, or a place booked for a colleague, go into the My Development part of the website and select either Events I am due to attend (for an individual) or Events I have booked for a colleague (if booked by the CPD leader). Find the event and select the cancellation option. This will send an email to the cpd in-box for processing. If you need to cancel on the day of the event, please contact the course administrator directly.
A charge may be payable for a cancellation.
